Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the dltechnology.in website (“Service”) operated by DL Technology (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Services Provided
DL Technology provides expert repair and servicing for all major types and brands of home appliances, including but not limited to: Air Conditioners (AC), Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Microwaves, Geysers/Water Heaters, Televisions (TV), Water Purifiers
Our services are provided on a doorstep basis by trained and certified professionals across all areas of Kolkata and Howrah, West Bengal.
Service Booking and Charges
Booking Process
Services can be booked via our website request form or by contacting us directly at the provided contact number.
We aim to provide Same-Day Repair Services based on technician availability and the complexity of the issue.
There are ZERO Advance Booking Fees required to schedule an appointment.
Pricing and Quotation
Diagnostic/Visit Fee: A nominal diagnostic or inspection fee may be applicable, which will be communicated to you upfront before the technician’s visit. This fee covers the technician’s time and effort to inspect the appliance and diagnose the problem. This fee may be waived if the repair is completed by DL Technology.
Upfront Quotes: After diagnosis, the technician will provide a detailed, honest, and transparent quote for the total cost of the repair, including labor and parts (if needed). There are no hidden fees.
Acceptance of Quote: Work will only commence upon your verbal or written acceptance of the quote. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic/visit fee (if applicable) is payable.
Payment: Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the repair service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various methods of payment as communicated by the technician.
Warranties and Guarantees
DL Technology stands by the quality of its work with the following guarantees:
Service/Labor Guarantee
We offer a ONE Month Service Guarantee (on labor/service) from the date of the repair completion.
If the same reported issue recurs within this one-month period, we will re-examine and fix the problem at no additional charge. This guarantee applies only to the specific repair or service detailed on the original invoice.
Spare Parts Warranty
We use high-quality, genuine, or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) spare parts.
We provide a 3 Months Spare Parts Warranty on all new parts replaced by our technicians, effective from the date of replacement.
The warranty is limited to the replacement part itself and does not cover damage caused by misuse, external factors (e.g., power fluctuations, water damage), or issues unrelated to the replaced component.
Exclusions to Warranty
The above warranties are void if:
The appliance is serviced or tampered with by any party other than DL Technology after our repair.
Damage is caused by power surges, pest infestation, natural disasters, or other external factors.
The original issue recurs due to unrelated defects or component failures.
Customer Responsibilities
By booking a service, you agree to:
Provide our technicians with safe and clear access to the appliance requiring repair.
Be present at the service location at the agreed-upon time or arrange for an authorized adult to be present.
Ensure that all valuable and fragile items are removed from the vicinity of the appliance to allow safe working space.
Provide accurate information about the appliance model, brand, and the nature of the fault when booking the service.
Limitation of Liability
DL Technology shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay resulting from causes beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure events.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the repair service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service from which the claim arose.
We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the appliance or its surroundings that we were not aware of or that did not result directly from our service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
